April Delegates’ Meeting – Please RSVP

Our quarterly delegates meeting will be held on Zoom on Tuesday, April 8 at 6:30 PM. All APT member delegates and/or alternates should plan to attend. You can RSVP at the link below and the Zoom link will be sent to you the day before the meeting. Copy and paste the URL below to RSVP.

Executive Board Nominations

Elections will be held in June and we will need a nominating committee to meet mid-April to develop a slate of officers for the upcoming year.

Please let Barbara know if you are interested in serving on the nominations committee.

The following positions are available:

  • President
  • Vice President
  • Communications Director
  • Secretary
  • Treasurer

Any current officer that wishes to continue in their position should notify the nominations committee. Officer descriptions are found in our bylaws.

Scholarship Event Update; April Meeting

The 2025 Scholarship Event is being postponed until later this year. Although we had secured a venue, we did not have an alumna to chair the Event Committee. If you have experience planning these types of events (meal, speaker, silent auction), please contact the Board to volunteer.
